The principal of MANUU Polytechnic Kadapa submitted a furniture requirement and budget proposal of Rs. 1,84,62,000 to the registrar of Maulana Azad National Urdu University. The polytechnic is in the process of shifting to a new building. After consulting various departments, the principal prepared a consolidated furniture requirement. The principal requested approval and sanction for the furniture purchase, noting that some will be bought through GeM and the remaining through GFR.

In this regard the undersigned, after taking the requirements of furniture from various sections of Polytechnic ( Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Basic Science, Administration, Classroom etc.) a consolidated requirement has been prepared after due deliberation and vetting the requirements. The detailed requirements, along with the budgetary proposal of Rs. 1,84,62,000/-( one crore eighty-four lacks sixty-two thousand only) is enclosed for your kind perusal and necessary action. In view of the aforementioned, it is requested to give the necessary sanction and approval. Further it is submitted to your good office that the furniture available in Gem will be purchased through GeM, and the remaining will be purchased through GFR.
