- 3. 3Flipping Wall Street reserves the right to change, modify, or alter the compensation structure, or rank requirements at any time COMPENSATION STRUCTURE Partners and Affiliates are able to earn two different types of commissions: Type I Direct Commission There will be a direct commission paid out on every sale of the FLIP software. Type II Team Bonuses are paid out based on team performance, total revenue, and level. These are paid on both the software sale and the monthly recurring revenue. Matching Bonus - A bonus that is based on the commission checks of personally enrolled team members. Lifestyle Bonus - A bonus that is paid monthly to all qualified Partner Level I and above. Unilevel Bonus - A bonus that is paid on both FLIP sales and monthly payments. TEAM BONUSES

- 6. 6 Software Rep is any person who has: a) Completed the affiliate application b) Signed the FWS policies and procedures c) Completed the 30-minute compliance training course d) Submitted a W-9 or W8 tax form RANK DEFINITIONS, REQUIREMENTS AND COMPENSATION COMPENSATION: $350 Per personal referral that results in a FLIP sale. $25 Team Bonus on all FLIP sales one level deep. $3.75 team bonus on monthly recurring payments of personally enrolled affiliates.
