- 6. カンファレンスの概要 ? 今年で34回目 ? アメリカのアナハイム（カリフォルニア州）で開催 ? 2009年～2018年までは サンディエゴ ? 2008年まではロサンゼルス国際空港（LAX）近く ? 昨年の参加者は、約5,000名（主催者発表） ? 参加費 US$ 555（早割 US$ 515） ? 宿泊費 US$ 209/泊（部屋数に限りあり）
