  1. Page 3: The Cashflow Quadrant Order of quadrants: E,S, I & B Dependent performance based income vs independent recurring income Give examples of lifestyles of business owners In order to achieve your specific goals, lets look at the most recognized explanation of how income and lifestyle is created. This system is outlined here by a New York Times best selling author and speaker, Robert Kiyosaki. In one of his books, CASHFLOW Quadrant he defines the four specific ways that people position themselves to earn income. Remember that if we would like to do better than we are currently doing, we need to learn something that we dont already know. Our goal with this page in to help them conclude that the only way for them to be free is to own their own business with a system to run it (B-Quadrant). E - It doesnt matter how much money they pay you per hour - If you trade time for money you will eventually run out of what? TIME. If you ever stop putting in the time, what happens to your money? STOPS S - B - I -

  4. Who we are? Why are we here? Who were looking for: Why our business model? Begin by creating a interview atmosphere, rather than selling the plan. Example: We are looking for a few key people. Motivated: We also looking for someone who wants more than they already have - they are motivated. Does it make sense that someone who already has everything they want, wouldnt be motivated to do more than they are currently doing? YES It our experience that people today are looking for more discretionary income and more time. Our country was founded on free enterprise - The American Dream - owning a business of your own -To decide your destiny -To control your own future So what is it people are looking for? Independence vs. dependence In industrial age, we taught being dependent on a company to provide for you and your family We are living in the Information Age - so we are excited about taking advantage of an Information Age business What types of people are looking at what we are doing? -college students -college grads doing what they weren't taught to do -young couples/families trying to pay off loans, just starting out, struggling, expenses -families with kids who have kids going to college -single parents: women who have lost a spouse; raising a family -self employed people: work so many hrs they don't have time for their family -retirees: want to retire in the next 5 yrs These are all groups Why our business? -work from home -business systems with recurring income -no accounts receivable; no inventory; no overhead; no inventory; no large capital investment; no employees -
