Our validations meet GMP, GDP, CFR 21, WHO, MHRA, FDA and HACCP compliances and all our temperature controlled shippers are designed and qualified to maintain the desired temperature for the complete transit life of the temperature sensitive product without the need of any temperature controlled transport or storage. We have a ready-to-supply range of 26 different pre-qualified temperature controlled shippers in sizes from 01 Liters to 1464 Liters each of which have been stringently validated and pre-qualified in both summer and winter profiles having a minimum of 03 tests in each profile. To ensure the best performance of the shippers, each of our tests are carried out by placing at least 03 different Data logger points in the Product space to ensure there are no deviations in the entire box. GCCS implements the stringent QMS (Quality Management System) for all its products to ensure flawless performance of the Pre-qualified systems at all times. Our shippers also have an added advantage of being supplied as flat packs thereby saving a lot on the freight costs and in the event there is any damage to the shipper, the customer can only order the specific replacement part instead of a whole new box! Our Phase Change Gel Bricks (coolants) have been specially formulated as an integral component of the validated cold chain and ambient shippers. They offer superior energy as compared to the traditional gels thereby lasting much longer and are best suited for the following temperatures: -21属C (frozen) -16属C (frozen) 0属C to +5属C (food) +2属C to +6属C (blood) +2属C to +8属C (pharmaceutical) +15属C to +25属C (controlled ambient)
