During a search assignment global design search employs a
unique 3d creative selection process. The following pages will
give an outline of what is entailed in each step of the process:
Development is all about getting to know you and your group,
listening carefully and truly understanding not only the
functional requirements of the role but also the culture into
which a candidate will need to fit.
Discovery is where we carry out our rigorous search for
potential candidates, because of our experience and the time
taken in the development phase we will ensure that only those
candidates who truly fit the role are put forward for your
consideration. We will also work with you in evaluating
candidates using the balanced scorecard.
Deployment after a candidate has been found that fits the role,
global design search can, if required help facilitate the offer
package.

bespoke dependent upon the
responsibilities of the

8. 4 - Pricing Structure
Search Assignments
A low risk business model for partners has been adopted
which means that the majority of fees are only payable
when and if global design search finds a candidate that you
decide to make an offer to. Fees are then based on 22% of
the candidates first year salary. We want to make global
design search an easy partner to work with and believe this
low-risk solution will appeal to many organisations.
Temporary Contracts
If you decide to employ a candidate for a temporary period
of time, fees are based on 22% of the candidates monthly
remuneration payable at the end of each month
