Siva served as the on-site Team Lead of a large offshore team. From the very beginning of his tenure in this position, his superb analytical skills made him a key contributor to the LINKS project. Working under intense time constraints, he was able to coordinate the translation of complex business requirements and technical specifications into the commercial project management application LINKS is today. Sivas excellent communications skills enabled him to successfully work with various cross-functional teams and business members. He demonstrated professionalism and integrity in the way he handled himself in meetings and everyday activities. Siva is an extremely hard working and dedicated employee.
