The final out comes were mostly good.There were problems but the processes helped and there were allocation for risks at every activity level Created nearly 100 or more templates for recording the data and using it for another process to come.

- 10. Co ordinated with number of consultants , project phase 1 was within Budget More than 7,00,000 Sq Ft in the main mart. There is a weekly mart too , a bridge connected weekly and daily mart length was 6 00 meters width was 14 meters For large trucks to move..There were , Roads, Drainage, Landscape & Sewage Treatment Plant ,amphitheater among others. An International class Exhibition hall for exhibition of the sale of textiles from any part of India and the world ,with a catwalk and a large hall for fashion shows is the highlight, however it is to be done in the second phase. All other works completed in First Phase under ICI Projects
