These are filled out every day by staff working at
an in-store activation and sent through by fax or email to us.
30. All feedback is accumulatedinto one report for you.
(On completion of the campaign or completion
of the activations that week in any/all areas.)
This will make it easier for you to get an overview
on all stores, the differences, and where you can
Proceed thereafter and what to change.

Simple attendance registers would be done and returned upon completion of training to ensure
all were in attendance that were meant to be there.
Feedback forms collected (as represented in slide 34 of in-store data form) will show red flag
issues and each issue will be compiled on a set report as shown in slide 35 to be provided on
completion of the day to action if necessary before the end of the week.
These will all be compiled.
Graphs will be done, as depicted in Example A, of all the brand ambassador results and progress

Please note that every training is different and we
provide the most detail in the arranging of our
training sessions.
In order to best find the most suitable candidates
In working on a set brand we compile a list of
requirements we forsee necessary in a person
on the particular brand.
After having discussed with Huawei staff members
on details, we would provide questions and answer
sheets to the staff and any below a certain
percentage will not be working on the brand.
Unfortunately when dealing with the human element
they can tell you they are good at e.g: spelling, but
until they have written a test, we will not know how
well they spell
So the test will portray this specific brand in terms
of how well they can catch onto technology terminology
understanding of product, sales experience etc.
All our staff that are chosen for training on any
brand have already passed the following criteria:
- Good communication skills
- Proven track record of reliability/punctuality
- Work experience in the field or skills required
- Studying something similar to the brand
