electricians. Responsible for the planning, execution, and supervision of vertical construction
missions. Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of various sets, kits, and outfits

and advised them on what their options were to continue their military career.
ï‚· Made determinations on what Soldiers were eligible to reenlist and informed his
leadership on what those Soldiers needed to do in order to be eligible.
ï‚· Used Excel and other programs to tract all eligible Soldiers in a company of over 150.
ï‚· Submitted the proper paperwork for Soldiers requesting to reenlist.
ï‚· Was the only Reenlistment NCO in the entire Battalion to reach his quarterly quota
