The Get up Get Moving campaign provides information and a quiz about exercise and nutrition. The quiz contains 10 multiple choice questions about topics like why exercise is important, equipment needed for badminton, normal BMI range, calories burned from activities, recommended fruit and vegetable intake, and more. Users select their answer for each question and are told if they are correct or incorrect before moving to the next question.
