GoGoStat Connect Case study What is GoGoStat Connect? GoGoStat Connect aims to make the way people communicate more balanced. Without Connect, people being contacted can only hope that others reach them in a way that’s convenient – considering their current location, availability, time of day, who’s contacting, the mutual relationship, or even the mood they’re in. GoGoStat Connect doesn’t leave communications to chance. Instead, it puts people being reached in control of how they are contacted. Connect automatically looks at people’s current situation and defined rules when communication is initiated, then connects them exactly the way they intended.

There are plug- in points available for integration with Telco BSS environments, and it can easily be integrated with various networks systems such as the IP MultiMedia Subsystem and other such network based APIs. The GoGoStat platform monitors changes in user contexts and scenarios through tight integration with various social networks, presence and communications environments. When the various attributes that describe a situation become true, the user automatically is entered into that situation, and therefore all the communication preferences and rules for that particular scenario become active. For example by simply driving from your home to the office – user context is switched from the ‘at home’ situation to the ‘at work’ situation. This enables the different communication rules to come alive – without the user doing anything. To enable this, GoGoStat Connect offers a situation builder which uses complex logic to determine the most likely situations in which users could find themselves.
