INTRODUCTION


Women constitute half of a work
 force in agriculture especially in
      developing countries.
ACCORDING TO
     2001 CENSUS
 FEMALE POPULATION-48.27%
 RURAL WOMEN -72.72 %
OBJECTIVES
1. To study the extent of participation of farm
   women in different farm operations
2. To find out the time utilization patternand
   amount of work done by farm women in
   farm activities.
Methodology
 The study was conducted as a part of a NATP
  project
 empowerment of women in agriculture
 KANJHAWALA and NAJAPGARH blocks of Delhi
   600 farm women
   11 villages
   120 group discussion
   Data collected through PRA and GD
   120 group of 5 member each
Data analysis
Using percentage and MWS
Participation of farm women in farming activities
