The village has a population of around 223 people and is situated in the valley of G坦sol. Notable features include a museum created after Pablo Picasso visited the village and the nearby Pedraforca mountain, one of Catalonia's most iconic peaks. Local festivals are held on August 15th, July 20th, and October 31st, and the village is known for dishes like black peas, peeled corn, veal with mushrooms, and wild boar.
