即 Define the problem, concern, or interest that is of importance to you. 即 Know what you want to accomplish and why. 即 Begin with the end in mind. Define the specific end you want to realize. 即 Define the message, idea, or point you want to communicate. 即 Put in story form, if applicable. 即 State what you want from the person.
即 Structure. Logically assemble your thoughts 臓 Opening 臓 Body 炭 3-5 key points within body. 炭 Include subpoints to support key points. 炭 Support each subpoint with definitions, descriptions, explanations, examples, facts, statistics, authorities, testimony, stories/anecdotes, visual aides. 炭 Reinforce/summarize the ideas. Be memorable (use challenge, question, anecdote, quotation). 臓 Conclusion 即 Create an opening and conclusion after the body.
即 Providing counsel on how to prepare for your appeal. 即 Facilitating connections to elected officials. 即 Researching issues on ones behalf. 即 Providing one with information and resources related to government services.
