This document discusses transferring grades between Moodle and SITS (Student Records Management System) at the University of Bath. It outlines the current process, need for improvement, initial prototype, roadblocks encountered, alternative options considered, proposed workflow, and next steps. The proposed solution is a 4-step process that allows grades in Moodle assignments and quizzes to be automatically transferred to SITS through custom grader reports and activity settings without requiring code changes to Moodle's core.
