This document proposes establishing a regional airline called Air Mano to serve the four countries of the Mano River Union - Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea, and C担te d'Ivoire. It notes that while international carriers operate flights to these countries, there is currently no regional airline to facilitate travel between the Mano River Union countries. The establishment of Air Mano would aim to stimulate economic activity in the region by providing an affordable transportation alternative for businessmen and others to travel within the region. It outlines Air Mano's proposed mission, management structure, growth opportunities in the recovering region, and strategy to gain market share through competitive regional flight offerings.
