We learned through interviews, research and stakeholder analysis.

But everything changed when we experienced it for ourselves.
On Site Discovery
5am 	

Mozzarella making lesson.

	

Tasted the mozzarella fresh out of the brine. Worth waking up for.

10am	

Farmers Market.

	

We met the customers and other local business owners. They all love Lourdes.

1pm	

Shy Brothers Farm. Aha moment.

	

Conecting with the community we are advocating for.

4pm	

Toured the curd facility.

	

Very full of cheese. Commitment to the perfect recipe paid off.

Dinner.

10pm	

So full and tired we forgot the extra cheese to take back to our classmates.

Tasted the chef s interpretation of Lourdes cheese.
