Nathanael offered to take time from a very busy schedule to help ensure I had the resources necessary to get off to a productive start. Nathanael stood out to me as a trustworthy colleague who embodies core values and embraces strategic objectives. ln mid 2010 I had the pleasure of working with Nathanael when he served as Project Manager on a project in which we optimized our print environment. The project was complex and large scale and required Nathanaelto use many skills including analytic, technical, and interpersonal. The project was a great success resulting in real, significant, and immediate hard dollar savings as well as promoting a positive shift in culture. Nathanael will be missed by many here at Grange as he takes the next step in his career.
