       Reaffirm the appreciation.

HOW TO TAP ON GRATITUDE?


 One of the simplest ways to do gratitude
  tapping is to tap on each of the sequence
  points and express gratitude. It doesnt
  have to be anything big.
 You can express gratitude for what you
  have in life.
 You can tap daily to express appreciation
  for the things that happen daily.
 You can also appreciate your abilities and
  strengths.

TAP ALONG



Tap on each point and repeat a
 gratitude phrase. For example:

Tap on the Eye Brow (EB) and say
I am grateful that I was calm in the
  office today.

Tap on the Eye Corner (EC) and say
 I am grateful for all the new clothes/
  that I bought today/recently.

Tap on the Under Eye (UE) and say
I appreciate that my spouse was very

  today.

Tap on the Chin (Ch) and say
 I appreciate my ability to listen
  deeply and care for my children.

Tap on the Collarbone (CB) and say
I am grateful that my neighbor helped

 Im happy that I cleaned my cupboard
  today.

Tap on the Thumb (TH) and say

  . this month.
