The document summarizes a project at the Karolinska Institutet University Library to introduce staff to new Web 2.0 tools through a voluntary 10-task program over 20 weeks. 77 staff started the program, with 67 completing tasks and 13 completing all tasks. The most popular tools were blogs, RSS, wikis, and image/video sharing. While participation levels were mixed, staff reported increased skills and confidence with new technologies and a changed approach to work. Challenges included limited time and ambitious goals, but the project provided ideas to further upgrade library staff skills and knowledge across the university.
