Greatness is contagious Greatness is not an inborn entity, greatness comes with time. It lies in testing oneself to best of your limits. Its all about challenging yourself mentally as well as physically. Greatness lies in those 2.5 billion people around the globe cheering together. Greatness is written in a mere walk to the middle, it lies in that staunch eagerness that one possess, greatness is that brilliance and humbleness that one expresses while competing with aggression. Putting up 9 times of your body weight through your own foot every single time you deliver and running 20 meters in full padding at speeds even bolt would be proud of, Doing all this throughout you career day and again, one requires a strong character to achieve such greatness. When 2 arch rivals battle it out on the most important stages, its a virtual war like situation and the matter of life and death, Greatness lies in the joy of those small moments we endure, the moments of success!!! Moments of failures!!!!! Its the time when the whole world sings and dances on the sounds of those glorifying triumphs. Its the time when we show our undying passion towards the game, which propelled those individuals who not only played the game but have relished this art and transformed into immortals. Lets relive those rare historic moments of impeccable acts and flawless performances where people have carved their names in golden words. Lets celebrate this joy and happiness that the game has given to us.
Let us all come together in harmony and spread this greatness, spread those unforgettable moments which brought tears in our eyes, moments that makes us forget all the barriers and hassles of high and vile. For the sake of coming generations we leave this greatness as the possessions which is going to inspire the infant apprentices of this legacy called CRICKET.
