Sao Paulo is the largest city in Brazil with over 20 million people. It has a subtropical climate with July being the coldest month at around 14°C and February the warmest at around 21°C. Typical foods include virado a paulista, couscous, and feijoada. Some animals commonly found are the mico monkey, capivara rodent, and jandaia bird. Popular attractions include Ibirapuera Park and the Theatre of Sao Paulo. While most residents are Catholic, Protestantism and Spiritism also have significant followings.
