Bimbo is a Mexican multinational bakery product manufacturing company founded in 1945 in Mexico City. It has 169 production plants worldwide producing over 10,000 bread, pastry and snack items. Bimbo was established by six entrepreneurs and began as a white bread producer, later expanding its product line and international presence through acquisitions and new plant openings across Latin America, Europe, Asia, and North America.
