Gudangan is a traditional Javanese food made by boiling vegetables like carrots, spinach, and long beans and mixing them with grated coconut sambal. It is usually served at birthday parties in traditional villages in Central Java. To make gudangan, vegetables are cut into pieces and boiled until half-cooked, then a sambal is made by grating coconut and steaming it with garlic and galangal. The vegetables and sambal are served warm over rice.

They said, Gudangan is a traditional food which is usually
used in the birthday party in traditional way,but now Its
usually sale in the morning by some villagers. .

My grand mother told me how to make Gudangan.
4. Prepare the vegetables such as, two carrots, sprouts,
long beans,spinach, and cabbage.
Cut the vegetables into pieces then, boil until half
cooked.
