The battle began between Kai Kai and Treng Treng. Kai Kai lost and the serpent returned to the sea. A long time ago, in Mapuche territory, an enormous serpent rose up from the sea, it was kai, kai. The serpent cried and caused a great rain. And the rains turned into a storm flooding all the earth. And since that time, when the earth shakes and rain floods the land, Mapuches believe Kai Kai and Treng Treng are still fighting. To save the Mapuche people Treng, Treng came from the deep the earth to help Mapuches, the serpent made the earth shaked and made big mountains to save the people.
