The document provides guidance from the biblical book of Habakkuk on what to do when facing difficulties or delays. It instructs us to:
1) Listen to what God says, as Habakkuk did when he stood watch.
2) Write down the revelations or message God conveys, so that others may learn.
3) Wait patiently for God's promises to be fulfilled, even if their completion is delayed. God's vision will come to pass in his appointed time.
4. Habakkuk 2:1-3
I will stand at my watch and
station myself on the ramparts;
I will look to see what he will
say to me, and what answer I
am to give to this complaint.
Then the LORD replied: "Write
down the revelation and make
it plain on tablets so that a
herald may run with it. For the
revelation awaits an appointed
time; it speaks of the end and
will not prove false. Though it
linger, wait for it; it will
certainly come and will not
delay.
5. LISTEN
I will stand at my watch
and station myself on
the ramparts; I will look
to see what he will say
to me
Habakkuk 2:1b
6. WRITE
Then the LORD replied:
"Write down the
revelation and make it
plain on tablets so that
a herald may run with
it.
Habakkuk 2:2
7. WAIT
For the revelation awaits
an appointed time; it
speaks of the end and
will not prove false.
Though it linger, wait
for it; it will certainly
come and will not delay.
Habakkuk 2:3
9. These things I plan wont
happen right away.
Slowly, steadily, surely,
the time approaches
when the vision will be
fulfilled. If it seems
slow, do not despair, for
these things will surely
come to pass. Just be
patient! They will not be
overdue a single day.

Woe to him who builds a city
with bloodshed Hab 2:12
Woe to him who gives drink to
his neighbors Hab 2:15
Woe to him who says to wood,
'Come to life!' Hab 2:19

up; his desires are not
upright - but the
