Editor's Notes

1. Not all of the education we receive is important. We have our own preference. If only we can choose our education the way we choose our meals.
2. There is a minimum level of education required for success. But once we choose our career, we can’t never stop learning if we want to succeed.
3. The grass is always greener on the other side. We may consider others as successful, even when they may not agree.
4. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so is success.
5. The only true security is in developing your talents and abilities.
6. 10 God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another. 11 Do you have the gift of speaking? 11. Value Proposition is crucial. You, as a product, needs to fit in with what the market wants. How are you planning to do that with an ever-changing marketplace? Ignore your passion first, if you’re not adapting your skills as fast as the changes in the marketplace, you won’t even get a job.
12. You don’t have to be the expert. You can just be an expert. The expert in anything was once a beginner. Someone will be an expert in your field. Why not you?

18. Knowledge is the theoretical or practical understanding of a subject. Skills are the proficiencies developed through training or experience. Skills are usually something that has been learned. So, we can develop our skills through transfer of knowledge. An ability is a strength that is innate to the person — though it can be improved. Education is about learning, but most of us don’t know the way learning works. What is our natural learning process? How do we manage knowledge?
19. DIKW Pyramid is a model representing how human manages knowledge. Data is a collection of points with no discernible meaning. Information is data in context. Knowledge is information that has been assimilated in the mind. Wisdom is the application of knowledge.
20. Data: It is raining. Information: The temperature dropped 10 degrees and then it started raining. Knowledge: If the humidity is very high and the temperature drops substantially, the atmosphere is often unlikely to be able to hold the moisture so it rains. Wisdom: It rains because it rains.

Most of your knowledge is not in shape to be used. Put it into words or principles. 05. Look at it from all angles. Pay attention to the person speaking. Contemplate the meaning of his words, the nature of his thoughts. 11. The experience of others is a ready-made set of directions on knowledge and life. Their experience is free; we need suffer none of their hardships; we may collect on all their good deeds. All we have to do is observe! 12. Order is Heaven’s first law. And the only good knowledge is orderly knowledge! 13. A definition is a statement about a thing which includes everything the thing is and excludes everything it is not. 14. Animals have knowledge. But only men can reason. The better you can reason the farther you separate yourself from animals.
