PRACTICES BY THE GOVERNMENT After the earthquake, chaos environment was accured in search and rescue operations. During these operations, wreck was removal by construction equipments,people who are survived under wreck,they was killed by construction equipments. People who live in 赫旦鉛界端一,helped casualty. After the eartquake, people had to way in tent city which was dirty and unhealty.
DOS FOR UNPREDICTABLE EVENTS Must Prepare and implement earthquake exercise by professional control panels. Must appeal professional support for government Before and after earthquake, health and safety unit will provide medical and safety equipments. Must raise the awareness of public about the unpredictable events.
TECHNOLOGICAL CRISIS
AFTER THE EARTHQUAKE Healthy units arived disaster area after 2 days. After the earthquake, assistances were delivered by other countries.But Turkey failed communicate from other countries. During the eartquake, healthy units will determine disaster area and go there. Before and After earthquake, Turkey will be organized for assistances for casualty.
