-Brief explanation about the lesson.
-In this lesson, pupils will learn both offensive and defensive technique and tactic about
handball. Moreover, they will have to learn the main movements in order to play without
interruptions. At the end, they will play a handball match using all what they have learnt
before.

-General warm up: Dynamic joint mobility.
-Ten passes game: pupils will be divided into two teams around the court. The team that has
the possession of the ball will have to complete ten passes between all its components
avoiding that the other team catch the ball while these ten passes. If the other team catches the
ball they will change the roles. Passes will be count loudly in English.
-Exercise 1: All the students with the ball must bounce it within the 9 meters area and they
have to try to steal the ball of the other team at the same time that they bounce their ball.
-Exercise 2: All the pupils must bounce the ball around the court. Each time that they find a
classmate, they will have to exchange the ball by making a pass. They will make different
kind of passes such as jump pass, bounce pass, etc.
-Exercise 3: All the students with the ball will have to be situated in three different rows
(two rows in both sides and the other one in the midfield) and the other three will just pass
the ball in the 9 meters. The exercise consists of passing the ball to the classmate and once
he or she catch the ball he or she will make a feint as well as throw the ball at the same
time that he or she jumps. They will go to the right side when they shoot the ball..
-Exercise 4: A 7 to 7 match in which they will demonstrate all what they have learnt during
the lesson.
-Cool down: Stretching
Apart from learning technique and tactic, the student will also have to know all the different
relevant aspects about the rules such as what kind of situations will be punished and where and
how they must throw the ball in this case.
The teacher responsible for pupils will evaluate that all the students pay attention as well as
they complete all the drills by using an efficient technique doing their best during the lesson in
order to achieve all the goals.
