This document outlines a SLO blueprint for a physical education goal. The goal is to promote participation in physical activity and its impact on lifetime wellness. Two performance measures are identified: a student physical activity log to track fitness levels, and a pre-post personal fitness test. The performance will be assessed based on two performance indicators - attaining an advanced or proficient level on five fitness criteria, or demonstrating growth on the personal fitness test.
