This document provides an update on the removal action at Hangar 1 at the former NAS Moffett Field. It summarizes that interior structures and contaminated siding have been removed, and the steel frame has been coated with a weather-resistant coating. All material and scaffolding have been removed as of July and October 2012. Remaining tasks include mezzanine preparation and coating, final touch ups, soil sampling, and slab washing.
