3. Module 1 is designated for creating territorial scheme computer
models. It's automatically synchronized with government
information systems like FTA, Federal State Statistics Service and

transporting vehicles. It can create forecasts for decades ahead for
the industry, plan shutting down old infrastructure objects and

The scope of data used in our computations is unprecedented. We gather information on every waste producer in the region, full
technical and financial information on waste transporting companies and waste infrastructure objects. Among this data are
inflation rates, interest rates, prices for different kinds of resources, the costs for building new infrastructure objects and
upgrading the existing ones, maintenance costs, landfill yearly capacity, yearly capacities of waste neutralization objects, sorting
stations, transfer houses, shares of recycled waste, combustion residue, energy and heat outputs, the situational characteristics
of infrastructure objects and their operational life spans, transport routs, time limits for realizing investment programs etc.
7. INTEGRATION WITH FTA, FSSS, GIS “HOUSING AND
UTILITIES”, YANDEX, GOOGLE, ETC.
To make collecting data on every existing waste producer in the area automatic we’ve created a special software for handling data
in digital or written form. Among other options it automatically gets the data from few government information systems, sorts it
out and enters it into our system. We have full integration with Federal Tax Service System, Federal Agency for State
Registration, Cadastre, and Cartography, GIS "Housing and Utilities Infrastructure" and so on.
8. ANALYZING LOCATIONS FOR BUILDING NEW
INFRASTRUCTURE OBJECTS
Our system allows you to plan logistics for waste transporting vehicles, make 20 years ahead forecasts,
predict the necessity of shutting down the obsolete infrastructure objects or building the new ones in
certain regions, optimize the territorial scheme and get the lowest possible price for the final consumer. It
chooses possible sites for building new objects considering many parameters, including maximum distance
from populated areas, minimum capacity, object's operational life, maintenance cost, recycling level etc.
9. COMPUTING LOGISTICS FOR WASTE TRANSPORTATION
The system ensures current waste management scheme optimization inside given limitations. It solves
transportation task for the whole industry computing the logistics of waste flows from waste producers to the final
recipient objects, calculating economical and financial indicators and so on.
10. AUTOMATIC FILING OF NECESSARY REPORTS
The system has all kinds of statistical data output. It converts all the gigantic data scope and all
the computation results into user-friendly form of on-line portal. It also automatically forms and
fills any kind of report for user’s convenience.

CONSTANT UPDATES
The system knows situation of every garbage can in the area. It collects the data on waste gathering places
automatically and has an easy follow-up mechanism for the users. So that people can report an overfilled dumpster

1 January 2016 new Federal Law entered into force:
Federal Law No. 188-FZ
“Concerning the Introduction of Amendments to the Federal Law
“Concerning Information, Information Technologies and Information
Protection” and Article 14 of the Federal Law “Concerning the Contract
System for Procurements of Goods, Work and Services to Meet State
and Municipal Needs””.
It establishes a ban on software originating from foreign countries for
the purposes of procurements for federal and municipal needs.
Software will be recognised as Russian only if details of the software
have been entered in the Unified Register of Russian Computer
Programs and Databases. Our software has been entered into that
Unified Register.

Module 2 addresses the problem of gathering and

It’s particularly difficult when we're talking about
getting this information for the whole regions or
