Coordinate and perform In-Circuit Test development for Cisco. 2. Conduct schematics review and create device libraries. 3. Communicate with customer pertaining design inquiries. 4. Based on the schematic review, also responsible to perform test point reduction for High complexity boards that requires more resources than what the HP3070 can support. 5. ACCOMPLISHMENT At National Instruments - Successfully completed PM on all ICT fixtures that has not be done for 2 years. - Trained 2 technicians to perform Fixture PM, Tester PM and perform strain gauge. Keeping the PM list to a minimal number. - Successfully Transferred 1st Phase of RF products to Penang. - Daily WIP of ~1000 boards has been brought down to ~300 boards a day. Main issue discovered is lack of maintenance and improper use of probe style. - Successfully deployed 12 NPI products and release to production.
