This document outlines an agenda for a workshop connecting hubs and labs to collaborate. The workshop includes:
1) Introductions where participants share their name, organization, focus area, and expectations.
2) A SWOT analysis exercise where groups analyze strengths and weaknesses of their respective hubs/labs to identify common points.
3) A brainstorming session to discuss opportunities from the SWOT analysis for collaboration between hubs/labs.
4) A design challenge activity where teams propose solutions for how hubs/labs can work together going forward.
The goal is to help hubs/labs network, identify shared challenges, and develop partnerships to leverage their respective strengths and resources.

The aim of the exercise is to analyze the
strengths and weaknesses of our hubs and
labs.
In a team of 4-5 from different
hubs/labs
Analyze strengths and weaknesses of
each lab/hub.
