Bucharest, June 18th 2016
1. Short introduction
 The cases:
age: 25 35
developed urban environments
various life style interests (physical activities, healthy food regimen, propensity
towards natural therapy)
 Observation period: 1 year
obtaining the information on the STD (medical diagnosys)
the accomodation period - psihological reactions
treatment period
the negative result at retesting (succesfull elimination of the bacteria from
the organism)
The work supports the benefits of using natural therapy in various cases,
but does not promote them as universal or unique sollutions.

2. Ureaplasma urealyticum (Mycoplasma)
Healing STDs with plant based therapy Liana Buzea
Bucharest, June 18th 2016
2. Ureaplasma urealyticum (Mycoplasma)
The smallets procariotes (150 250 nm)
Do not have cellular wall (thus are very little susceptible to
the majority of antimicrobial agents prescribed)
Can be part of the normal bacterian flora of respiratory or
urogenital system (it is associated with the mucus)
Develops in cholesterol and is dependant upon urea
hidrolysis
17 different species of mycoplasma in humans; 4 are
widespread, which cause the most frequent affections:
 Mycoplasma pneumoniae
 Mycoplasma hominis
 Mycoplasma genitalium
 Ureaplasma species

2. Ureaplasma urealyticum (Mycoplasma)
Without treatment, it can lead to:
men: develop chronic urethritis, chronic prostatitis, can perturb the
production and motility of sperm and can cause male sterility
women: chronic cervicitis, chronic adnexitis which, in turn, can lead to
feminine infertility; it is associated with premature birth, and in the
perinatal period with meningitis, bronchopulmonary dysplasia or
pneumonia - all these ailments can be transmitted to the fetus as well
This disease agent can cause or contribute to the emergence of diseases
such as: AIDS, cancer, chronic fatigue syndrome, Crohn Disease, 1st degree
Diabetes, multiple sclerosis, Parkinsons disease, Alzheimer, rheumatoid
arthritis, Wegener's granulomatosis or collagenoses. (*please check slides 17 and 18)

2. Diagnosys and treatment
The diagnosis was primarily set to the feminine patient, during a
routine check-up.
The patient came back for testing after 7 months; the treatment
prescribed by the gynaecologist (for both man and woman)
contained an antibiotic to which the bacteria tested as extremely
sensitive (doxycycline).
The womans treatment contained also internal douches (vaginal) and
application of intra-vaginal ovules
The mans treatment also contained an antibiotic cream for local applications
The period for the treatment, for both partners, was 10 days with
retesting at a 1 month interval after finishing the treatment

middle), wormwood (Artemisia absinthium L. - right) and sage (Salvia officinalis)
The protocol:
- external: daily internal douches (3 - 4 / day) abundant (min. 0,5 l /
douche) with the infusion of all the recommended plants; to a few
douches the patient included the juice of one garlic (a natural
antibiotic)
- internal: 1 l of yarrow tea daily; garlic and cloves pills (natural antibiotics)
Active principles
Yarrow (Achillea millefolium) contains: essential rich in chamazulene and proazulene plus a
bitter substance - achileina, azulene, chamazulene, cineol, borneol, thion - camphene,

valerianoic, probionic, methyl alcohol, choline, phytosterols
Actions*: Astringent, stomachic, antispasmodic, antiseptic,
anti-inflammatory, decongestants, hemostatic, healing,
soothing, anthelmintics (helps remove intestinal worms),
regulates the hormonal activity through the presence of
phytosterols; the active principles help the renewal of liver
cells, favours the evacuation of gallbladder; choleretic and
cholagogue action; prevents the formation of stones in the
bladder (comparable to the effects of artichokes); anti-
inflammatory effects for the bladder; fights acute and chronic
colecistitis; increases the resistance to infections; flavonoids
have antispasmodic effects; combats intestinal spasms;
reduces the inflammation and helps restore the digestive
tract; regulates the activity of the gonads and stimulates the
activity of hormones that control the menstrual cycle due to
contained phytosterols (natural hormones such as apigeina
and luteolina); diuretic, blood cleanser, detoxifying the liver,
gallbladder & kidneys. (*please check slides 17 and 18)
3. The plant based treatment

4. Results (direct and side)
The female patient:
at retesting, the pacient obtained a negative result (the bacteria U.
Urealyticum was eliminated completely from the organism)
during a transvaginal ultrasound, the patient found a side result: the
elimination of ovarian micropolichists (a 20 year old diagnosis, the
micropolichistic ovarian sindrome, without a medical solution at that
time)
The male patient:
At testing, the patient obtained a negative result (the bacteria U.
Urealyticum was not found in the organism)
note: the patient did not test initially, he believed to be imortal
