storesofferingandsellinglowcostsmedicinesandeffectivelike brandedmedicines.
Takingof medicinesprescribedbythe doctorsmustbe properlyusedbecause itcontainchemicalsor
syntheticmaterialsthatcanharm anybodyshealthwhoare justtakingmedicinesabusively.
Alwaysrememberthata goodhealthisa right nutrition,andagood nutritionisnota wealthbutit is a life.
Havinga healthybodycan prolongourlife andwe can have a mental alertnessespeciallyinthe classroom
discussion,we becomemore productive,we canworkproperlyforwhatevertasksgiventousinour home,
school and eveninourcommunity. We become more comfortable andconfidenceif we are healthy,noone
can bullyusand beingcalledlampayatotornaiwanansakusina.
We have to eatmoderately especiallyduringourbreakfast tohave a rightbalance of nutrientsandprevent
overweightandobesity.The personswhoare obese oroverweightare exposedtoserioushealthriskssuch
as cardiovasculardiseases,type 2diabetes,cancerandmusculoskeletal disorderslike arthritis.
Overweightandobese people are alsoatriskfor developingcertainconditionslikehypertension,sleep
apnea,breathingproblems,liverdiseasesandgallbladderdiseases.
Some people are takingslimmingdietpillsandsteroidsinordertohave an instantsexybodyormacho
bodybut foryour information,dietpillsare harmful orfatal due to itsside effectsafterusingit.
Accordingtothe LancetSeriesonMaternal and ChildUndernutritionandoverweightinLow-income and
middle-income countriespublishedonlinein2013, optimumgrowthinthe first1000 days of life isessential
for preventionof overweight.Infantswhoexperiencedgrowthfailure earlyinlife andhadrapidweightgain
inchildhoodmightbe ata particularriskof adult obesityandnon-communicable diseases (lifestyle
diseases).
Amongthe causesof obesityincludeunhealthydiets,physical inactivity,childundernutrition,dietary
changessuch as increasingurbanization,globalization,increasedtrade liberalizationmakingavailablealarge
varietyof processedfood,increasedfrequencyof eatingoutside of home,use of computersandcomputer
gamesand influence OFMASSMEDIA.
In orderto control overweightandobesityproblems,we needTOTAKEthe followingactions:support
healthydiets,followdietaryguidelinesandincreased physical activityorexercise like Zumba,boogie and
chacha. Have a longhealthylife everyone!
