?Que es la salud?
La Salud
? La relación entre estos
componentes determina el estado
de salud, y el incumplimiento de
uno de ellos genera el estado de
enfermedad, vinculado con una
relación entre un huésped (sujeto),
agente (síndrome) y ambiente
(factores que intervienen).
? La salud, según la Organización
Mundial de la Salud, es un estado
de completo bienestar físico,
mental y social, y no solamente la
ausencia de afecciones o
enfermedades.
Fuente: https://concepto.de/salud-segun-la-oms/#ixzz8qCfN70KJ
El Autocuidado
? Es la capacidad de las personas de promover
la salud, prevenir enfermedades y hacerles
frente con o sin el apoyo de profesionales.
? Son todas aquellas prácticas cotidianas y
decisiones que desarrolla una persona, grupo
o familia para cuidar su salud y tener una
mejor calidad de vida.
? La persona es responsable de llevar a cabo
acciones individuales y/o colectivas que
puedan fortalecer o reestablecer el estado de
bienestar integral, así como prevenir
enfermedades.
Principios del Autocuidado
1. Acto de vida que permite a las personas convertirse en
sujetos activos del cuido de su salud y es un proceso
voluntario de la persona para consigo misma.
2. Responsabilidad individual y un compromiso cotidiano
que se fundamenta en un sistema formal de salud e
informal con el apoyo social.
3. Al realizar las prácticas de autocuidado, ya sea con fines
protectores o preventivos, las personas las desarrollan con
la certeza que van a mejorar su nivel de salud.
4. Desarrollo personal, mediado por un permanente
fortalecimiento del autoconcepto, el autocontrol, la
autoestima, la auto aceptación y la resiliencia.
Tipos de Autocuidado
Bienestar del
cuerpo que supone
tener una
alimentación
saludable, hábitos de
higiene y un régimen
de sue?o apropiado,
mantener una
actividad física, así
como prevenir y
atender
adecuadamente
cualquier
enfermedad o
molestia.
Conectar con las
propias emociones
y con las de otros,
aceptar que son
parte de la vida y que
estas no definen. Es
aprender que no se
es culpable por las
propias emociones,
pero sí se es
responsable de las
acciones que surgen
a partir de éstas.
Ejercer nuestras
facultades
intelectuales, poder
estimular el
pensamiento crítico,
la creatividad y otras
competencias
propias. Aprender y
desarrollar
competencias que
sean de interés para
la persona.
Construir vínculos
y conexiones
saludables, una red
de apoyo que
permita a la persona
permanecer
saludable. Cuidar las
relaciones, así como
tomar consciencia
sobre el impacto que
puedan tener ciertas
relaciones o
influencias de la
sociedad sobre sí
mismo.
Conectar con los
valores propios y
mantener una
saludable relación
con quién se es en el
interior.

Alimentacion
Balanceada

Alimentacion Balanceada
● La alimentación balanceada es una
dieta que proporciona todos los
nutrientes necesarios para el
funcionamiento óptimo del cuerpo.
● Incluye una variedad de alimentos
en cantidades adecuadas para
asegurar el aporte de carbohidratos,
proteínas, grasas, vitaminas,
minerales y agua, y es fundamental
para mantener una buena salud,
prevenir enfermedades y asegurar
energía para las actividades diarias.
Alimentacion Balanceada
● Una alimentación balanceada típicamente se estructura con los siguientes grupos
alimenticios:
Cruciales para el
funcionamiento del
sistema
inmunológico, el
metabolismo y
otros procesos del
cuerpo. Las frutas y
vegetales son las
principales fuentes.
Fundamental para
la hidratación y el
funcionamiento de
todos los sistemas
corporales.
Esenciales para el
crecimiento y la
reparación de
tejidos. Se
encuentran en
carnes, huevos,
lácteos, legumbres,
y frutos secos.
Proveen energía y
ayudan a absorber
ciertas vitaminas.
Las grasas
insaturadas,
presentes en el
aceite de oliva,
aguacate y frutos
secos, son
preferibles.
Son la principal
fuente de energía.
Se encuentran en
alimentos como
granos, frutas, y
vegetales. Es
importante priorizar
carbohidratos
complejos, como
los cereales
integrales.
