                          BREAKFAST:

                         - Glass of milk;
                     - Apple, banana or pear;
                             - Yogurt;
                             -cereals;




                         MID-MORNING:

                              - Yoghurt;
                - Grapes, strawberries or kiwi fruit;
                           toast-integral;




                              LUNCH:

              Soup: cream of carrot and vegetables;
Main Course: Steak or Chicken grilled turkey stuffed with rosemary;
         Hake steaks baked or grilled monkfish skewers;
              Dessert: mango cream or fruit skewers
SNACK:
                    - Bread with cheese or ham;
                             - Yogurt;
                             - Cereals




                                DINNER:
              -Soup: Puree of Vegetable Soup or Juliana;
- Main Course: Vegetarian Lasagna, Pizza or Salad Vegetarian Winter;
       - Dessert: Fruit salad and yogurt or strawberry mousse;




                              SUPPER:
                        - Milk, tea and toast.
