Planning for Beyond High
School goes beyond workshops
and trainings; its also a great
opportunity to meet other
self-advocates, family members,
and professionals.
Because we understand the
importance of well-informed
decisions, our
HEART AND HOPE Conference
reflects our commitment to deliver
the best information possible
to your family, through the most
knowledgeable speakers in the area.
Thanks for participating.
We hope this is only the beginning
of a great relationship
between your family and our
Family Network on Disabilities.
