THE JOURNEY • I made it my mission to learn all I could about organizational training and development. • I stayed up until all hours
THE JOURNEY • I drank coffee….a lot of it! • I took workshops • Studied industry best practices • I had many mentors
THE JOURNEY CONTINUES • Contracted with many organizations in the training and development arena • Received my MS degree from the University of Rochester in 2001
