Wajeeha Siddiqui completed a summer internship at ICCBS (LEJ) from June 1 to July 31, 2015. As part of the internship, she worked on three projects as part of a team: a visitor management system desktop application built in C#; a video lecture management system desktop application using .NET; and an inventory management system web application built in PHP. The internship provided valuable experience developing commercial projects and an opportunity to enhance her programming, web development, and organizational skills.

- 2. Introduction The following reportdescribes the activities carried out during two months (June & July) summer internship program2015 atICCBS (LEJ). I was selected here for the field of information technology as I am a final year student of computer science. The objective of this text is to reflect upon the experiences collected during the internship fromthe perspectiveof a BS (final Year) student. The first part of the report offers an overview of the working plan and then it proceeds to describein somedetail the most relevant projects carried out and their respective analysis. In end, the report wraps-up with a few closing remarks and conclusions fromthe experience. Working Plan & Details of Tasks: There are three main projects which are done by me here. Several small tasks have also been done during this internship such as different reportmaking. The projects are a group projects that¡¯s why they havebeen completed as a team work. The projects that are completed here are following ? Visitor Management System ? Video Lecture Management System ? Inventory ManagementSystem Here are some details of the above mentioned projects. ? Visitor management system is a desktop application that we have made for LEJ. Itis based on C# platform. Itis going to be really beneficial for LEJ to manage all the visitors¡¯ data that comes here daily for their respective purpose. Weprovide severalfunctions in this systemthat are following ? Register new visitor ? Mark attendance of visitor ? Delete record of registered visitor ? Search daily visitors/For a certain time period detail of visitors ? Card generation facility for visitor
- 3. ? Video Lectures management systemis another systemthat is made for LEJ. This systemfacilitates the staff of LEJ to keep record of all the video lectures that are held in LEJ. This systemis also a desktop application based on .Net framework. ? Inventory managementsystemis based on PHP. This is a web based application that is made for LEJ to manage their inventory. Closing Remarks Itwas great experience in working at LEJ (ICCBS). Itgives me wonderful opportunity to polish & enhance my skills. Here I learn how to develop commercial projects as I am the partof team that develop more than one fruitful application for LEJ that are definitely going serve a lot here. It was a good opportunity to put in practice and develop further negotiation and organizational skills and refreshes someconcepts in Programming and Web development & designing required for the organization (LEJ) of this internship program. I feel that this internship programis one of the best opportunity to make your skills and expertise better in your respective field, and to have an effective communication skills.
