This document proposes a CSR activity to promote road safety and reduce motorcycle deaths in India. It suggests (1) creating a TV public service announcement reminding riders to wear helmets for the safety of their loved ones, (2) supporting activities like gifting a helmet with new bike purchases and contests on social media, and (3) speaking directly to riders in communities to promote the "Helmet Pehnao Yaar" message. The goal is to encourage helmet usage through emotional appeals to care for one's wife or partner.

Title: Chalan
A couple ride along on a road in Delhi. Theyre on a motorcycle.
The man is wearing a helmet, but the woman is not. The bike is speeding.
Not surprisingly, they are stopped by a traf鍖c cop.
As most Delhi-ites do, the rider questions the cop: Bhai saab kya hua?
The cop notes down the number on the bike. He then prints out a chalan and
hands it over to the rider.
Rider: Ye kis baat ke liye?
Cop: Isspeeding. Tharra rokkit chhoot re ka?
The cop then prints out another chalan and hands it over to the confused rider.
Rider: Aur ye?
Cop: Biwi se pyaar na kadne ke le.
The rider is speechless. So is his wife.
MVO: Agar biwi se karte ho pyaar, to helmet pehnao yaar.
