Claudio Partesotti was born in 1972 and holds a law degree from the Catholic University (Milan). He was awarded a scholarship in trademark law at IULM-Istituto Universitario di Lingue Moderne and was afterwards lecturer in Private Law. He is lecturer in several seminars, workshops and university courses, mainly with regard to IP, ICT, e-commerce. He is a member since 1998 of the editorial office of ¡°AIDA ¨C Annali italiani del diritto d¡¯autore, della cultura e dello spettacolo¡±, an Italian copyright law review and author of publications related to IP issues. He is a contributing author to the Commentario breve alle leggi su propriet¨¤ intellettuale e concorrenza, published by Cedam, with comments to Regulation (EC) No. 6/2002 on Community Designs. He¡¯s also co-author of Digital Right Management in the Cloud (with P. Balboni), in Cloud Computing and Digital Media: Fundamentals, Techniques, and Applications, Chapman and Hall/CRC, London.
