Engaging Participants Make sure your synchronous session offers insights, or activities Use synchronous sessions as consultation / discussion sessions Give students a topic before hand to go through / prepare, ask them to come with one question Do some social connect chat on happening issues, their problems, plans etc. Do collaborative activities like building a topic in an interactive whiteboard Ask them a question and give them few seconds / minutes to prepare and present Conduct a quick polls (Google forms or with online poll makers)
