They focus on counting the beat to get their legs moving in time for the dance without needing to think about the steps, which they know very well. After it is over, they feel proud of their performance and want to do it again.

My heart is beating madly as my family walks in. The music is playing . We are about to start . I’m trying to get the beat in my head , 1, 2 ,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8.
I can fell my legs moving . I don’t even need to think because I know the steps so well .
Finally it was all over. I felt so proud of my self. I even wanted to do it again.
