Serbia's parliament voted to apologize for the 1995 Srebrenica massacre in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where over 8,000 mostly Muslim men were killed by Bosnian Serb forces during the Bosnian War from 1992 to 1995. The apology was passed on March 31st by a vote of 127 out of 250 members of Serbia's parliament.
