The HMC Teacher Training programme is open to anyone with the drive and ambition to become an inspirational teacher: Graduates in any subject - including recent graduates, postgraduates and current students who can apply ahead of their final exams. Career changers from any profession perhaps from industry, commerce, sports, or the armed forces, and those returning to the workplace after a career break. Those already working in education including teaching assistants and administrative or support staff. Applicants must have a strong academic background, and the motivation and desire to teach.
