The main tasks of the Alumni Office are to: - stay in regular contact with alumni through general and personal communications - organise networking events with alumni - create awareness about the potential of the ITC alumni network - coordinate efficient use of this potential within ITC and by partners of ITC - coordinate ITC marketing efforts whenever they involve ITC alumni - support alumni and alumni associations - update and manage contact details of alumni (CRM)
  3. ITC News Magazine ITC News is the quarterly published magazine that focuses on ITC¡¯s alumni. ITC News is distributed free of charge to alumni, students, staff, Dutch embassies, partners and other parties. Alumni Update (digital newsletter) ITC Update is the electronic newsflash for alumni, bringing information on recent and upcoming ITC events in Enschede and across the world. Alumni who¡¯s who Email account ITC offers a free mailbox to its alumni in order to stimulate communication between fellow-course mates and to keep you informed about the latest activities and developments at ITC
  4. Refresher courses Refresher courses, which are certificate courses (mostly of two-week duration) organised for alumni in their home countries or regions, are meant to increase the impact and prolong the effect of earlier training. Workshops/seminars Whenever possible staff members will develop a workshop or seminar during their stay abroad or while visiting a conference. The workshop or seminar will focus on a specific subject related to the conference or adjusted to the demand of the alumni.
  5. Alumni Associations At the moment there are more than 20 ITC alumni associations around the world, providing an umbrella for alumni. ITC gives active support to those alumni who wish to establish national ITC alumni associations in their own countries. Alumni Gatherings Wherever and whenever possible, ITC organises meetings and receptions linked with the missions of its staff. Advance notification of these networking events is given in ITC News and on the alumni web pages, as well as by e-mail. ?
