SUPER STRUCTURE:
Provide floor skirtings and cornices to clients specification
Internal walls are to be built with well-built 110mm clay bricks and dagha,
consisting of 1 part Portland cement, 0,8 parts builders lime and 6 parts
clean building sand. Provide reinforced brick beams over all door and window
openings, with brickforce to every third brick-coarse. Provide steel butterfly
wallties which complies to SABS 28, at 900mm horisontal and 450mm vertical
c/c, to all cavity walls. External-Stretcher courses to have a recessed joint
between brickwork for plaster key
Precast concrete lintols built over door and window openings must be build in
as per specification of the manufacturer or to engineers specification if
applicable with a min. overlap of 250mm both sides.
